Return Process

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email for easy printing at home.

  Place the unworn footwear in its original brand box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to ensure the product remains in resaleable condition.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
