F-Lite 195 V2 Training Shoes

The F-Lite 195 V2 gives a sense of foot to ground connection that gives you the confidence to jump higher and run faster. This training shoe features a new internally structured one piece upper, allowing the shoe to adapt and breath with increased durability. The sticky rubber outsole features ROPE TEC reinforcements for rope climbing, as well as awesome grip and flexibility for movement and speed. The F-Lite 195 V2 also features a Y lock heel, preventing the heel from collapsing, giving you more confidence to sit into those heavy lifts.
